Would you consider the ability to interperate a wind chill table a "reading/literature" skill?

It's reading something and making sense out of it.
I consider it a fine concept. However, they made a few major mistakes such as not listing units--i.e. 59 instead of 59 degree farenheit.
Dude, that was nothing compared to "Why did these authors choose to write in poetry about these subjects?"
Plus, interpreting tables is actually a useful skill that is at least somewhat related to reading.
