Domain Names
I'm thinking about getting a separate domain for Adams Blog, so which do you like better:
www.adamsblog.net
www.adamsblog.org
Or does something else pique your fancy?

Wouldn't that cost $$?
Domains don't cost very much. $35 covers two years, last I checked.
Anyway, I prefer adamsblog.org--a coup if you can get it. .net is supposed to be used by ISPs and other Internet hosts, which I assume you don't intend to be.
$35 is a large sum of money. Think of all the other things you could do with that kind of cash to throw around...
godaddy.com sells domain names for less than $10/year
There are websites that sell chunks of the moon for $25.
Well, neither of them is really appropriate, as you are neither a server or a nonprofit organization. But I'd go for .net, just because to me, the role of .net is less defined in my mind.
Do you make a profit? If not you are a non-profit. .org is for a non profit
