3.0 Release Candidate 1 Released!

Thanks to Helen there are more improvements to viewing under IE, despite the browser's generally poor functionality. There are still a few kinks that I'm working on fixing, but things should be working acceptably if a few aesthetic flaws remain. I'm calling this revision 3.0 RC1. There may be one more release candidate to iron out any currently unknown bugs. Notify me of any bugs you find. The last major known problem is that the search template needs to be changed.
