You're taking calculus over the summer, then?

Adam Anderson said:

Yes. It's through PCC. I don't think the course I'm taking covers all of Calc 1-2, but I've heard that there's a fair amount of review in Calc 3-4 from people who have done this. After all, the AP nomenclature for the first year of calculus is Calc AB, and BC for the second year.

I have english with you. Are you sure Mr. Boly is teaching juniors that period though? Since Ms. Johnston is also teaching accelerated juniors.

Adam Anderson said:

Johnston teaches that class 3rd period. Boly is the only one who teaches it 6th.

So apparently you understand the schedules. What's with the "study hall" thing, and why do there appear to be 7 classes on my schedule (excluding 0 period), and why do I not have a 4th period?

Adam Anderson said:

The missing 4th period sounds like an error. I'd go talk to the counselors. Next year (as of the latest schedule about which I know) they're essentially requiring everyone to be in some "study" period on one of the block days. They've changed the proposed schedule so many times that I have no idea what it's going to end up being. The only good thing about the study period is that we might be able to use it for clubs. Vivo al la Esperantklubo!

may i ask why there is no band in your schedule?
it's first and second period, and i think it would be a nice break from all your hoity toity classes. just a thought.

Adam Anderson said:

Hoity toity? I like to think that there's a difference between intensity and hoity toityity. I'm still deciding whether there's a difference between intensity and death though.

Ecology is definitely not AP. I had Zaraza for systems the same period he taught ecology, and there may be an AP for ecology, but the class at wilson most certainly does not prepare you for it. It just follows its own curriculum instead of the AP's.
