"Throughout my life I have always been involved in minorities: I spent my first few years teaching Catholic African American girls in inner city Chicago, then five years teaching Navajos and rednecks on a reservation, and for the past twenty-two years (although things have become more diversified) I've taught rich WASPs and Jews."

I still can't quite figure out what a WASP is. I think it's white something something professionals, maybe? I don't know. Help me out here.

WASP:

[n] social or solitary hymenopterans typically having a slender body with the abdomen attached by a narrow stalk and having a formidable sting
[n] a White Protestant of Anglo-Saxon ancestry

yes, but WASP actually stands for something, although I can't remember what.

Me said:

White Anglo Saxon Protestant. Isn't that what I just stated?

Quick posting btw.

Who are you telling to quit posting? Me, Adam, or Kiva?

Molly said:

Uh, he said, "quick" posting, which I would assume means she replied really quickly, not that she shouldn't post.

Me said:

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Colin said:

Oops. I'm stupid. I do that a lot, too: think a word says something else, then screw up based on my misinterpretation.

And are you not enjoying this, Adam?

Me said:

I think something just dusked on Adam.

Colin: I misread words too. Especially when doing crosswords because the print is small and I'm focusing elsewhere.
